Ceramics/Needlepoints

All sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged, please take pictures and contact us so we can arrange a refund.

Uniques (used)

We do not normally accept returns. However, if you really prefer to return the used item, you are responsible for safely packing and shipping it back to us. Once we receive the return and if it is in the same condition as we sent it, we will issue a refund for the item. The shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

Ceramics Product Care

• Please hand wash with mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing too harshly, as this can damage the glaze.
• We do not recommend using our ceramics in the microwave or putting them in a dishwasher (we did not test for that).
• Pieces that are not glazed on the outside can stain easily. Handle them with care.
• Some of our ceramics have what looks like a spider web of tiny hairline cracks. This effect (it is not a defect) is called crazing. The cracks only affect the surface of the glaze. However, some foods (especially acidic or highly pigmented) can stain the cracks.
