All sales are final. If a product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. This information is essential for processing your return and any claims. Please notify us of the damage within 48 hours.

This policy applies only to items damaged during shipping. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Ceramics Product Care

• Please hand wash with mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing too harshly, as this can damage the glaze.
• We do not recommend using our ceramics in the microwave or putting them in a dishwasher (we did not test for that).
• Pieces that are not glazed on the outside can stain easily. Handle them with care.
• Some of our ceramics have what looks like a spider web of tiny hairline cracks. This effect (it is not a defect) is called crazing. The cracks only affect the surface of the glaze. However, some foods (especially acidic or highly pigmented) can stain the cracks.
