New Large Classic Board with Handle handmade in USA using local hardwoods. Finished in food safe kitchenware oil.

Wood care instructions:

– Never put in the dishwasher.
– Hand wash with soap & water.
– Remove excess water & allow to completely air dry on all sides before putting away.
– Apply Kitchenware oil (mineral, coconut, or walnut oil work as well) when needed.
– Do NOT use vegetable oils as they can go rancid.
– To disinfect: Wipe with vinegar or lemon juice. Let stand for 1 minute, rinse. Apply oil.
