This item was created at the Turning Earth Studio in London, UK. It was fired in an electric kiln at 2,354℉/1,290℃.
Product Care:
- Ceramics that are unglazed on the outside can stain easily. Handle them with care.
- This piece has what looks like a spider web of tiny hairline cracks. This effect (it’s not a defect) is called crazing. The cracks only affect the surface of the glaze. However, some foods (especially acidic or highly pigmented) can stain the cracks.
